After looking at all of them and realizing they needed a lot of work done, I finally told her to just find me a house I will like, no matter where it is in Wilmington. Well, boy, did she deliver! She found the perfect house for me! I’m obsessed with black and white, and she happened to find a house that was black and white in a great neighborhood with a great price that didn’t need much work done to it (which is exactly what I wanted). When looking at some houses earlier in the process that I was considering, she would immediately point out things that weren’t good about them. She was honest, responsible, always available, extremely caring, patient, and extremely knowledgeable of all the house builds and the area, and I could definitely tell she wasn’t just trying to sell me anything to sell it - she truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase! I’ve been in my house for 3 months now, and I can tell you I’m truly happy with my purchase, and I owe it all to her! I would recommend you only use her for all your real estate needs!
